Many patients want to know how to file insurance claims for Alpha-Stim devices for all of their FDA-registered indications, including anxiety, depression, insomnia and pain. We strongly encourage all patients to file claims for their Alpha-Stim units. Although we currently do not file insurance claims for individual patients, our staff will be happy to assist our clients in the process. We can provide clients with sample cover letters to use when filing a claim and we can talk with adjusters or medical directors at insurance companies to provide additional guidance and education.
